Disconnected live-chat

I disconnected my Live Chat channel accidentally, how do I connect the bot back into the live-chat channel again?

Your channel has an Admin page, click on the Admin menu below your channels details on your channels page. From Admin click on Bot, and choose your bot from the drop-down and click Save.

I'm sorry, but it didn't work.

What didn't work? Did you get an error, was the bot not listed, or did save not save it?

how do I find the admin menu

You can get to the Admin Console for a bot or live chat channel from its webpage.
Click on the menu (hamburger) button or admin (gear) button below the "Chat" button.
