Internal Exception Error |

Dear botlibre,
I wanted to test a microphone on windows 10 pro on my mini pc, but when I entered the chat on my bot, I got this error: Internal Exception: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: sorry, too many clients already Error Code: 0
I closed down my mini pc and went back to my desktop which is windows 7. I still get the error. This has stopped my testing in its tracks tonight.
