animations have stop playing

animations have stopped playing on all chatbots.

I see no issue on Chrome or Firefox.

What web browser and OS are you using?

Note, some browsers disable media autoplay in a webpage until you click something. We display a play button in the bottom left corner that you need to click, or the animation will start after you submit a chat.

Also check you have not disabled JavaScript or video in your browser.

it works now.i had to turn off the computer and unplug it.then it started working.
